摘要
為協助行政院環境保護署（以下簡稱環保署）之國際環境保護交流工作，透過委託「國際環境保護交流行政支援專案計畫」以辦理2018年國際環境夥伴計畫之行政事務工作及協助辦理國際合作活動之相關工作。本計畫共協助辦理系列的活動包括亞太汞監測夥伴年會（APMMN）、國際電子廢棄物回收管理夥伴會議（IEMN）、全球環境教育夥伴會議（GEEP）、「臺日環境會議」、「APEC企業/私人部門參與海洋環境永續性圓桌會議」及「永續發展目標會議活動」等。而在行政核銷部分，則協助包括APMMN會議、IEMN會議、GEEP會議及其他相關會議/活動之行政與核銷工作，並配合完成全球環境教育夥伴贊助計畫(The Global Environmental Education Partnership, GEEP)受補助單位經費支用情形之彙整、憑證核對及核銷之行政及聯繫作業。此外，本計畫已完成國際環境夥伴計畫及國際電子廢棄物回收管理計畫網站更新，並編纂相關宣傳手冊，以及彙整國際夥伴計畫歷年辦理情形之資料庫以提供環保署未來之計畫執行檢討與績效評估。
The goal of this project was to assist the Environmental Protection Administration (EPAT) of the Executive Yuan organize activities related to the International Environmental Partnership and international cooperation with other countries. The results of the project are as follow: Assistance was provided to EPAT to organize and participate in the Asia-Pacific Mercury Monitoring Network (APMMN) meeting, the International E-Waste Management Network (IEMN) meeting, the Global Environmental Education Partnership (GEEP) meeting, Taiwan-Japan Environmental meeting, 19thAPEC Roundtable meeting, and Sustainable Development Goals meeting, and administrative support related to these meetings. Furthermore, assistance was provided to GEEP to conduct administrative work related to grant auditing and accounting of grant management. Other assistance included organizing information related to the IEP activities, such as creating Chinese/English manual to assist with IEP auditing, accompanying EPAT to hold working meeting with Asian Development Bank, updating English website for IEP and its affiliated programs, designing IEP brochures, establishing IEP participant database.
