本計畫工作成果可分為三個部分包括：(一)落實推動資源回收再利用，展現執行成果：完成「98年度資源回收再利用年報」及「97年至98年資源回收再利用推動計畫成果報告」之撰寫，協助檢討修訂「99年至100資源回收再利用推動計畫(草案)」，並召開一次委員會與一次業務檢討會會議，同時亦已完成累積至少31次以上之定期維護、網頁內容更新，以利各界參採使用、(二)推動事業廢棄物再利用及再生資源項目之管理：進行含有稀有金屬事業廢棄物再利用分析(金屬鋰、金屬銠、金屬鋯)、因應廢清法修法，研擬各項配套措施、再生資源項目及管理方式分析(廢木材、石材廢料、菸砂)；並召開一場研商座談會，並與業者進行訪談、研擬二法合一之相關配套措施、研析國際法規並與我國法規比較、(三)辦理事業廢棄物與再生資源清理及資源減量回收再利用績效優良獎評選：完成年度績優事業評選之初評與複評相關作業，確定99年度獲獎事業結果為15家特優及6家優等，完成99年度獲獎事業之頒獎典禮與三場次之觀摩研討會，評選之相關資訊亦放置於全國資源回收再利用資訊網供瀏覽與下載。
英文摘要：
The result of the project included the following achievements:
1. The implementation of the resource recycling and reuse, including: (1) the completion of the 2009 Yearbook of Resources Recycling and Reuse, (2) the completion of the final report of the 2008-2009 resource recycling and reuse project, (3) the revision of the 2010-2011 resource recycling and reuse project (draft), (4) holding meetings for the resource recycling and reuse promotion committee and the operation task force, and (5) the maintenance and updates of the official national resource recycling information website.
2. The promotion of the industrial waste reuse and resource recycling, including: (1) the analysis of the reuse of the industrial rare metal (lithium, rhodium, and zirconium) wastes, (2) the analysis of three reusable resource materials (the wooden wastes, the debris wastes, and the silt), (3) holding a seminar and interviewing the rare metal industrial sector, and the proposal of related managerial mechanism, (4) the research of integrating various resource recycling and reuse related laws and the supporting measures, and (5) the comparison of the domestic waste laws and the international waste laws.
3. The appraisal and commendation of the industrial companies for excellent performance in the waste minimization, and the resource recycling and reuse in 2010, including: (1) the completion of preliminary appraisal and re-appraisal processes, with 15 companies awarded excellence ranking and 6 companies awarded quality ranking, (2) holding the 2010 commendation ceremony and 3 demo seminars, and (3) the preparation of and posting on website the Year 2010 Award Winners fact summary for excellent performance in the waste minimization and the resources recycling.
