本計畫評鑑六輕計畫之影響層面，從經濟面、環境面、社會文化面及健康面等分別進行分析及檢視，完成基礎資料彙整、現場勘查9次、長期趨勢變化統計與分析、環評承諾檢視與比對，並針對少數過去缺乏調查資料之漁業資源及社會文化面，以問卷、訪談方式進行現況調查，以輔佐評鑑工作之不足。本計畫召開分組會議14次、跨組會議7次、諮詢會議次2次，並與雲林縣政府、當地環保團體進行2場次座談會，以及99年10月27日至29日舉辦3全日之六輕總體評鑑研討會議，總計參與人數約600人。透過評鑑工作執行，完成六輕開發計畫相關資料彙整與長期變化分析，並歸納類似之大型開發計畫評鑑管理需求，提供未來有關單位之監督管理，以及現行環評制度檢討之參考。
英文摘要：
This project total evaluates the No.6 Naphtha Cracking Project from four sides, including economy, environment, social culture, and health. The project completed the baseline data, 9 site investigations, long-term trends statistics and analysis, EIA commitment review and comparison. Besides, the lack of survey data, such as fishery resources and social culture side, conducted the questionnaire and interview investigations to assist the evaluation. The project held 14 group meetings, 7 cross-group meetings, 2 consultant meetings and 2 symposiums with Yunlin County government and local environmental groups. The No.6 Naphtha Cracking Project Total Evaluation Conference was held 3 days, about 600 participants on October 27 to 29, 2010. Through the evaluation, the project integrated the information of the No.6 Naphtha Cracking Project, analyzed the long-term trends, summarized the evaluation of management needs of similar large development projects, and provided the suggestions for supervision management EIA system in future.
